This Quartz with Copper Minerals specimen is roughly  6" x 5" x 3" and comes from Arizona. The quartz columnar crystal has numerous points on every angle with green copper crystals surrounding the points. 

Quartz with copper minerals refers to a type of rock that contains both quartz and minerals that contain copper, such as chalcopyrite, bornite, and malachite. These rocks can form through a variety of processes, including hydrothermal alteration of copper-bearing rocks and the precipitation of copper minerals from hot fluids circulating through fractures in quartz-rich rocks.
