Distaff Spindle Shells are a creamy white color flecked with orange. Distaff Spindle Shells are a type of sea snail native to the waters off of Southeast Africa and throughout the Central Pacific. Also called Long-tailed Spindle, Distaff Spindle shells are a species of sea snails, a marine gastropod mollusk. This shell measures 6.5 inches x 2 inches in size.
