This rare Francevilleite Specimen measures 6" x 4" x 3".  Francevilleite is a mineral that was first discovered in the 1970s in the Franceville area of Gabon, Africa. It is a member of the titanium-niobium oxide mineral group, and it is composed of titanium, niobium, oxygen, and other elements.  The mineral is also found in other parts of Africa, such as Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo, but it is relatively uncommon.
