 Fluorite comes in one of the widest ranges of colors that vary from the most common greens and purples to less common blues and reds. It is most easily identified by its cubic growth structure. Fluorite is thought to enhance spiritual vision and understanding while aiding in healing. 

Fluorite is a calcium fluoride crystal with an octahedral growth pattern. Colors vary from purple, black, pink, green, yellow, and blue. It has a hardness scale of 4 and comes from Germany, England, China, Argentina, and the US. 

Fluorite’s meaning comes from the Latin word for flux, referring to the gems ability to flow in flux and harmony with a range of other materials. If we take that word in a more spiritual sense it beautifully summarizes the mood of Fluorite – one that is all about establishing balance, joy, and harmony.
