Stilbite typically forms in a fibrous or radiating habit, often forming bunches which give it its characteristic “feathery” look. Stilbite is usually white, pink, yellow or orange in color and can sometimes display iridescence. It has a vitreous luster and typically has a Mohs scale hardness of 4-4.5.
