Serpentine

The serpentine subgroup are greenish, brownish, or spotted minerals commonly found in serpentinite rocks. The name is thought to come from the greenish color being that of a serpent. Serpentine is rated between a 3 and 6 on the Mohs hardness scale. Serpentine is thought to enhance deep relaxation in the body and ease stress and pain.
