Product Exchange Policy

Due to the unique and “one-of-a-kind” nature of products sold at Crystal Joys and the potential challenge in verifying specific items sold, our product exchange policy is the following: 

  • Crystal Joys does not provide cash or credit card refunds in our retail stores.
  • Crystal Joys will exchange verified purchases of products in good condition and broken jewelry with a receipt within 30 days of purchase.  
  • Instead of an exchange, the total sale amount may be transferred to a Crystal Joys Gift Card. 
  • Crystal Joys does not repair any broken or tarnished items.
  • Non-jewelry items that have broken after purchase (rocks, specimens, home décor, etc.) will not be accepted for an exchange or gift card transfer at any time.

Crystal Joys reserves the right to deny an exchange in the event an item does not appear to be the same product purchased as listed on the receipt.
