Crystal Joys partners with Sample Supports to provide employment to over 40 individuals with disabilities in our retail locations.  These skilled employees receive competitive wages while working to help customers in our retail stores and to create gemstone jewelry and home decor items. By pairing each employee with a job coach, they are able to receive mentorship in developing effective skills such as customer service, team building, problem-solving, communication skills and community social interactions. Combining this support with a competitive wage builds confidence and fosters community inclusion for persons with intellectual disabilities.
