Own a piece of history!  Fossilized Megalodon Shark Tooth is a prehistoric relic from the extinct megalodon shark species, which lived approximately 2.6 million years ago. The megalodon shark was one of the largest predators to ever exist, with teeth that could grow up to 7 inches in length.

The fossilized megalodon shark tooth is highly valued by collectors and enthusiasts due to its rarity, size, and historical significance. These teeth are usually dark brown or black and have a triangular shape with serrated edges. The serrations were used by the megalodon shark to rip and tear its prey.

In addition to their scientific significance, fossilized megalodon shark teeth are also used in jewelry and as decorative items. The teeth are often polished and set in gold or silver to create unique and stunning pieces of jewelry.

Overall, the fossilized megalodon shark tooth is a fascinating relic from a bygone era, providing a glimpse into the ancient history of our planet and the incredible creatures that once roamed the oceans.

The largest shark to exist in prehistoric times was the Megalodon, meaning “big tooth” which grew to over 18 meters in length.
The common Otodus obliquus teeth are commonly from a mosasaur called Prognathodon. The mosasaur shark teeth come from the Atlas Mountain in Morocco.

These fossils have natural indentations, and discolorations and some may have surface wear or light chips, because they are dug from sand or the ground, after being buried for thousands, or millions, of years.
