Smoky Quartz is a silicon dioxide mineral with a hexagonal crystal structure. Smoky Quartz can vary in color from deep brown/black to a light pale brown.  Smoky Quartz is found all over the world.  Smoky Quartz is thought to be a protective and grounding crystal.  Smoky Quartz is believed to transmute negative energies, and aid in practicality, and organization.  It is also thought to assist in the manifestation of inspirations and dreams.
