The Microcline has unique hexagonal structures that blend beautifully with the cylindrical structures of the Quartz. Clear quartz is one of the most abundant minerals in the world and is rated at a 7 on the Mohs hardness scale. It can be found in many forms such as tumbled, carved and rough. It can develop in a wide range of environments and can be found on every continent. Clear quartz is thought metaphysically to promote understanding, clarity, and is associated with inner strength.
Microcline is a variety of feldspar.  Microcline crystals, associated with quartz and smokey quartz are popular mineral specimens from the Pike’s Peak area of Colorado.
