Aura Quartz is produced when clear Quartz points or clusters go through a special treatment process in which their surfaces are bonded with vaporized or finely powdered platinum, silver, or other trace metals. Druzy is a layer of tiny crystals of minerals that form on the surface of another stone. There are many types of druzy because there are many types of minerals. Each type of druzy has particular characteristics, such as crystal size, luster, and color. This natural formation of druzy crystals on a gemstone's surface, or crystallization, often occurs when water collects and evaporates on a rock.  Druzy stones are often found in the hollow cavity of agate geodes. Druze is thought to amplify the body's natural healing properties and strengthen the spirit and provide the balance necessary to avoid depression or unnatural feelings of fear or dread.
