A tanzanite sterling silver ring is a ring made from sterling silver and featuring a tanzanite. Sterling silver is a type of silver alloy that contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals, typically copper. This combination of materials creates a beautiful and unique piece of jewelry that can be worn for any occasion.

Authentic natural tanzanite rings sold by Crystal Joys are set with a sterling silver band sized to be the perfect fit and contain an authentic stone that is rich with color. The tanzanite and crystal ring collection at Crystal Joys contains real semi-precious stones that are rare and sold in both polished and raw styles. Naturally formed, these tanzanite rings are a beautiful choice for yourself or a jewelry gift for someone special in your life.  tanzanite rings are often chosen for the unique and raw aspect of the natural gem that illuminates beautiful color and are believed to act as an energetic agent and are resilient enough to be worn every day. Crystal Joys sells the top tanzanite rings available in different sizes and settings in our ring collection.  These stone rings are popular with women and those that want to make a fashion statement with their real tanzanite accessories.

Tanzanite is a rare variety of the mineral zoisite and is a blue-purple gemstone. It is only found in one location in the world, the Merelani Hills of Tanzania, Africa. The mineral was first discovered in 1967 by Manuel de Souza, a Masai tribesman, who found the crystal while grazing his cattle. It was named after the country of Tanzania where it was first found. Tanzanite is a relatively soft gemstone, with a hardness of 6 to 7 on the Mohs scale, making it suitable for use in pendants, earrings, and other types of jewelry that will not be subject to daily wear. It is considered a December birthstone.

Each piece is similar, though no item at Crystal Joys is exactly the same as every item is a unique stone that is non-fabricated. Slight variations in color, size, and shape may exist.
