Beautiful Albite Var Blue Cleavelandite with Mica, Epidote from Brazil. Beautiful specimen with beautiful blading and lovely mineral spread over the specimen. Comes from Brazil. Size : 6" x 3.5"
Muscovite is the most common mineral of the mica family and is rated at a 2 on the Mohs hardness scale. Muscovite is an important rock-forming mineral present in igneous, metamorphic, and sedimentary rocks. Like other micas, it readily cleaves into thin transparent sheets. The name muscovite comes from Muscovy-glass, a name given to the mineral in Elizabethan England due to its use in medieval Russia as a cheaper alternative to glass in windows. Muscovite is thought to metaphysically amplify thought, as well as aid in raising vibratory levels to help connect with your higher self.
