Orange Celestite Russia (4” x 3”)

Rare and one of a kind Orange Celestite crystal clusters on the matrix. Found in Russia. Measures about 4” x 3”. This specimen should be kept out of direct sunlight. 

Celestite (also known as Celestine) is a strontium sulfate mineral that forms both tabular and prismatic crystals and has a hardness of 3 to 3.5. Celestite can be found mainly in Madagascar, but a significant deposit was found in Ohio in 1996. Celestite metaphysically offers a bright, elevating energy which can amplify one’s awareness into the higher realms.

Each piece is similar, though no item at Crystal Joys is exactly the same as every item uses a unique stone that is non-fabricated.  Every item at Crystal Joys is truly "one of a kind". Slight variations in color, size and bead shape exist.
