Galena, also called lead glance, is the natural mineral form of lead sulfide and is rated between 2.5 and 3 on the Mohs hardness scale. Galena metaphysically is referred to as a grounding stone while also thought to open emotional blocks and alleviate depression symptoms.
Siderite is a mineral composed of iron carbonate. The name Siderite is taken from the Greek word sideros, meaning "iron".
Siderite is believed to be a crystal of positivity. Siderite is thought to aid in remaining calm and levelheaded in times of stress.
